The Lodge at Broadway re-opened in November 2017 after a comprehensive renovation program. The Lodge now offers all the modern comforts one expects while traveling in the United Kingdom. Whilst we now boast a modern interior, the original character of the building is still retained in the delicate Crittall windows and famous honey colour Cotswolds stone.
Our rooms were furnished for a modern feel but with a countryside influence, inspired by our beautiful surroundings of the north Cotswolds, especially the lavender fields by Snowshill. We continued the countryside vibe by naming and theming each of our rooms on various animals, rather than going down the traditional numbered route, returning guests often have a favourite room based on its theme!
One of our biggest assets is undoubtedly our location. Being next door to the Lygon Arms Hotel and a stones throw from Broadway’s Famous High Street means that we are ideally situated to enjoy all that this wonderful village has to offer, or as a base for exploring further afield. Many of our items of furniture were picked up along the High Street, well known for the many antique shops, art galleries and museums. You’ll find a lot of choice when dining in Broadway as the village caters for all tastes and budgets, from simple but delicious fish and chips to Michelin Star fine dining. Broadway is the perfect place to do as much, or as little as you like, and we look forward to welcoming you!
